These are 3 part NCR carbonless forms in a continuous tractor form feed format designed to interface with computer database programs. The forms are designed to allow for standard bid increments and include a "Guaranteed Purchase" provision. This form requires a dot matrix continuous-feed printer. When ordering please refer to the following part numbers:
